Ok but can we talk about the fact that this quote, at the end of TAZ 68, is so perfect?

“Their hearts are stirred by the familiar music they suddenly hear. There’s magic in a bard’s song. They call it inspiration, and it tells the listener what they need to hear, right when they need to hear it”

this episode used so many old songs: Istus’ theme, Pan’s theme, Lucretia’s theme, music from Petals to the Metal and 11th hour, Wonderland: Round 3, etc. Like, Griffin honestly went all out with the music this episode.

It’s no coincidence that most people think that Griffin’s custom music brought the show to a whole different level: it’s because music carries emotional memories and by having a custom soundtrack, each arc, each character, each important moment is given its own distinct tune. It’s such a clever way of having your listeners recognize characters and remember stories without having any kind of visual medium. Griffin is so clever and it’s just a little detail I noticed!! I’m still reeling from today’s episode!!!!
